Although New Day is offering telehealth visits for certain appointments in-office (face-to-face) appointment are the priority of the practice.  If an in-office visit is recommended by your medical provider, please review the following procedures.  We do not conduct COVID-19 testing at our office.  If you are seeking treatment for COVID-19 contact our office and we can provide you with instructions.


  1. A mask/cloth face-covering is required for all patients.  Gloves are not recommended.

  2. The traffic in the office is kept at a minimum; therefore, access is limited to the patient only.  No one will be able to sit in the waiting room for patients to complete their appointment. Any visitors accompanying a patient must wait outside or in their vehicle.

  3. All patients arriving for an appointment must call the phone number posted on the front door.  A staff person will meet you at the door to grant you access to the office.  The staff person will:

    1. Review a brief series of screening questions to assess COVID risk and exposure.

    2. Based on the results of these activities an additional evaluation may be required before your appointment.​
